1. The Purchaser agrees to buy from the Vendor the following cat upon the terms and conditions of this agreement:

2. The Purchaser shall pay to Vendor the sum of $_____________ for the cat. A deposit of

3. The Vendor and the Purchaser acknowledge and agree that the cat is being perchased as:

4. The Vendor and Purchaser agree that paragraph 5 and 6 shall apply to a cat purchased as a

_____________ as indicated in paragraph 3 herein.

5. The Purchaser agrees to have the cat neutered or spayed by a qualified and licenced veterinarian (at the Purchaser's expense) as soon as the cat is deemed old enough by such veterinarian and no later than ___ months after the date of birth of the cat, and to provide written proof from the veterinarian that the cat has been neutered or spayed to the Vendor within 14 days of having said cat neutered or spayed.

6. The Vendor agrees to provide to the Purchaser, the cat's registration papers or application for registration, within 90 days of receipt by the Vendor of the written proof that the cat has been neutered/spayed.

7. The Purchaser agrees that they will not authorize or permit the performance of any type of surgical procedure for the purpose of removing any of the cat's claws.

8. The Purchaser agrees that this cat will not be sold , leased or given to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility and that the Vendor be notified immediately of any intended disposition. The Vendor retains the first option to re-adopt.

9. The Purchaser agrees that the cat will not be allowed outdoors unsupervised.

10. The Purchaser is responsible for a veterinarian health check within 5 days of possession to confirm that the cat is in good health. The Vendor will supply record of vaccinations this cat has received along with the following guarantee:

(a) Cat is guaranteed for 48 hours against upper respiratory infection, fleas, worms, fungus and ear mites.

(b) If the cat dies before one year of age from hereditary or congenital defects, Vendor agrees to replace the cat when Purchaser receives proof of defect in the form of a complete autopsy report.

(c) Vendor guarantees the cat does not have FELV, or FIV at the time of pickup, delivery or shipment.

11. The Purchaser is responsible for all veterinarian expenses incurred while the cat is in the Purchaser's care.

12. The Vendor will not be responsible for any veterinarian expenses incurred while the cat is in the Purchaser's care.

13. Purchaser's signature below indicates full agreement and approval to all above terms and conditions.
